At the Consumer Electronics Show earlier this month, e-readers and tablet computers were on everybody's minds. More than a dozen were unveiled, but all of them were compared to Apple's as-yet-unreleased tablet.

After Wednesday, the wait is over, with the high-profile debut of the iPad. Apple has a knack for creating product appeal in lines that have previously only catered only to niche audiences. Here are some answers to questions you might have about the iPad (and we'll steer clear of the tech talk):

Why is it such a big deal?

An Apple tablet computer has been predicted for nearly a decade, and prototypes have existed since 1983. With the introduction of the iPad, Apple has launched a "computerless computer," a device that has the power of a full-featured computer, but the simplicity of a phone.

How does it compare to the iPhone?

The device is almost identical to a super-sized iPhone. Both run on the same operating system, and the iPad can run all of the iPhone's applications. The iPad has 3G wireless capability, but, unlike the iPhone, can't be used to make phone calls. Anyone who has ever used an iPod Touch or an iPhone will be instantly at home on the iPad.

In the latest episode of the podcast Nintendo Okie, we've talked about, amongst a number of things, video game controller, and we discussed that we thought was the consensus best controller of all time. This was almost unanimously as the GameCube controller, although there was a debate on the GameCube controller is best. For the discussion, you will only hear the show. Today I wanted a little bit about what to speak my personal favorite was controller of all time. This stretch is not necessarily Nintendo, as other major innovations in the game controller.I've played almost every system one time or another in my life and there are a number of really good controller created. Remember, these are my personal favorites among the leaders of all times and not in any way a definitive list.

5. The Sega Genesis 6 Button Controller

I admit fully that while the SNES vs. Genesis era that I was in the Super Nintendo stock.People thought Sega was crazy when they put out of a controller that the number of keys, which they doubled to its current controller. There was no way there would always be a need for six face buttons, right? Well, that was obviously not the case. The six buttons allow the control of complex systems to the controllers we have today. Games like Street Fighter II felt like they did in the arcade, because the keys were created on the controller in a similar manner.

4.The Xbox 360 Controller

It is hard to believe that today's generation the first wireless controller is a standard was associated with a console at home. Sure, there were wireless controllers in the past, but they were not as reliable as the technology that we currently have. The 360 controller on the terrible design of the original Xbox giants that need to use master contortionist properly improved.This controller seems like it was designed with first-person shooter and you can really tell when to play those games that it is the perfect companion or competitor, a mouse and a keyboard for such checks. The only thing for me to get used to looking after it, was the reverse split of the face buttons when the controller of Nintendo compared....
